It takes a village to raise a child, so says an African proverb. That is something the Catholic community has long recognised. And, in this Catholic Education Week, we know that Family, Parish and Schools must all work together for the sake of our children.

Advent Meetings
I’d like to offer a series of four meetings, each held on Monday evenings at 7 pm in the chapel, during Advent, starting on December 1. Each session consists of a 3-part video, followed by sharing and discussion, and lasts up to one hour in total. Due to the format, participation will be in-person only; however, we will provide a link each week for you to watch the specific video on your own if you prefer. Please use the form below to sign up to help us prepare for the meetings.
Deanery Pilgrimage
The St John Ogilvie Deanery Pilgrimage in honour of St Andrew, the patron saint of Scotland, will take place at the church dedicated to him in Braemar on Saturday, November 29. For more details, please refer to the poster below. If we have enough participants, we will hire a minibus. Those who wish to travel by minibus should add their names to the list available at our church.
Charlie House
Thank you so much for your incredibly generous donation of £1,100 to Charlie House from hosting your Church BBQ in support of Charlie House. We are truly grateful for your wonderful fundraising in support of Charlie House – your kindness makes a huge difference to the children and families we support.
Letter for World Mission Sunday 2025
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ, today, with the whole Church across the world, we celebrate World Mission Sunday – a day when we are invited to renew our call to bring Christ’s Good News to every nation, culture, and heart.
